It has been obvious to me for quite some time where all this is going. I have taken my own steps toward sustainability, not as extreme as some of the thoughts in your blogg but I feel it’s what I can do. I wish I could just walk off into the sun set and forget society but I think there are better answers I just have not found them yet. I like you blogg its different. Read my piece on energy.

Oil is a byproduct of Earths secretion. Of course the Oil industry wants you to believe Oil is from dead animals millions of years ago. How else can they justify where Oil is from and create panic so the prices are justified. Also helps to throw in some theory of Peak Oil so they can inflate the rate.
With the amount of Oil found in any given area I would think that's one hell of a death ratio from mammals long dead. Then again I am only assuming due to not being there when the deaths took place and also standing watching as the organic matter of those dead animals turned into what we now refer to as Oil.
Fear begets panic, panic begets $$$ is you know how to feed of it.
